Welcome to Weapon
Weapon are pleased to announce their new line up. Joining founder
members, Danny Hynes & Jeff Summers, are bass player PJ Phillips and drummer Ian Sweeting (The Risen/Stone Katz).
The reason for the line-up changes are Bruce Bisland is committed to Andy Scott's
Sweet, with whom he's played with for many years. And Baz Downes, unfortunately,
has had to retire from live work due to illness. He will, however, still be
involved in writing with Jeff & Danny. We'd like to add we have the full
blessing of both Baz & Bruce to continue what the four of us started in
1980. We'll miss them both but, in the words of Queen, "The Show Must Go
On".

Weapon played at the Aero Rock Starz Festival in Bulgaria together with Praying Mantis, X-Ufo, Oliver Dawson's Saxon, Dennis Stratton and Perfect Stranger.
